Do you have technical questions about PMG Platform capabilities? Want to hear more about our product roadmap? For the next month, Ben Alexander will be available for one-on-one conversations with our customers.
To be clear, Ben has always made himself available to stakeholders and users who want to talk about anything PMG Platform-related. But now we’ve made it even easier to schedule time with him by providing a link to his calendar.
It’s fair to say that 2020 isn’t playing out according to expectations! One of the many disruptions has been the inability to have face-to-face conversations with our customers. We’ve had to cancel our annual Customer Success Forum, and onsite customer visits have been replaced by Zoom meetings.
PMG’s Product team wants to ensure that we keep the lines of communication going on the product side as well as the Customer Success side. You may have architectural or other technical issues you want to discuss? Or perhaps there’s a new corporate initiative that you want to bring up to see how it aligns with the PMG product roadmap?
Ben will pull in other members of the Product team, or PMG’s leadership and Customer Success representatives, as needed for specific topics. And if PMG office hours are a hit, we’ll set up a regular weekly schedule to keep them going. So, what are you waiting for?
