Request History now provides all essential information in one easy-to-find place.
Beginning with later releases of v8.10, the platform ships with a refined Request History page that aims to highlight essential request information in one place. In addition to emphasizing filters (which automatically remember your last search), users can view statuses at a glance, as well as milestones, without navigating to the Request Details page.
To get started, enable the following system setting:
Navigate to Administration > Settings
Filter for ENABLE_NEW_REQUEST_HISTORY and set to True
