Have a proficient understanding of, and experience working with, web-based applications programming (HTML, JavaScript), database querying (Oracle/SQL).
Strong user interface programming skills including HTML, DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and cross-browser development
Strong understanding of XML, DOM, and other W3C standards
Experience with Java programming on the front end and middle tier
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts
Good knowledge of XSL
